牧場からは、ジャージー牛の乳・肉製品を通常よりお安く、お祭り価格にてご提供します。
出品は以下の予定です。
★ジャージー牛乳（コップ、1ℓパック）…濃厚さを増してきました！

・ゴールデン・バター（225gカン、100gビン）
・ヨーグルト（900 ㎖, 150 ㎖ボトル）
・チーズ（g単価で量り売り、10円以下切り捨て。真空パック）
フレッシュ：モッツァレラ＆ストリング
醗酵；ゴーダ＆チェダー
★ジャージー牛肉の”ニクニクしい”、”これぞストレートな”
・串焼き（炭火）
・フランクフルト（ウィンナーともブラートヴルストとも。炭火）

なお、山の上の牧場と、街に近いミルクバー（道の駅しもにた内）は通常通りOPENです。

Kouzu Daily Farm will be offering Jersey milk and meat products at special festival prices, lower than usual.
Our planned lineup is as follows:

Meanwhile, both our mountaintop farm and the Milk Bar (inside Michi-no-Eki Shimonita / Roadside Station Shimonita) will be open as usual.
