ジャージー牛の乳・肉製品を通常よりお安く、お祭り価格にてご提供します。
出品は以下の予定です。
★ジャージー牛乳（コップ、1ℓパック）…芳醇な牛乳で、夏のフレッシュ感から、冬の濃厚さを増してきました！

・ゴールデン・バター（225gカン、100gビン）
・ヨーグルト（900 ㎖, 150 ㎖ボトル）
・チーズ（g単価で量り売り。真空パック）

★ジャージー牛肉…”ニクニクしい”、”ストレート”な肉感です！
・串焼き（炭火）
・フランクフルト（ウィンナーともブラートヴルストとも。炭火）

価格は当日、会場の店頭にて掲示します。
なお、山の上の牧場と、街に近いミルクバー（道の駅しもにた内）は通常通りOPENです。
一番人気のソフトクリームは、牧場とミルクバーで販売します。
牧場の牛・ウサギ・ヤギたち（いろいろな体験は当日頃には終了していますが）、草地・山林景観、各種サービス、数々の製品やお食事、ちょっとしたくつろぎ＆満足感＆いやし等への皆さまのお求め、また、ご都合・スケジュールに応じて、あちらも・こちらも、お立ち寄りくださいましたら幸いです。

We will be offering Jersey milk and meat products at discounted festival prices.
Our planned lineup includes:

Rich, full-bodied milk—its summer freshness now deepening into winter creaminess.

Yogurt (900 ml, 150 ml bottles)
Cheese (sold by weight at per-gram pricing; vacuum-packed)

Aged: Gouda & Cheddar
★ Jersey Beef
A bold, straightforward beef flavor—pure and satisfyingly meaty!
Charcoal-grilled skewers
Frankfurters (sausage / bratwurst style, charcoal-grilled)
Beef stew
Prices will be posted at our booth on the day of the event.
Meanwhile, the mountaintop farm and the Milk Bar (inside Michi-no-Eki Shimonita / Roadside Station Shimonita) will both be open as usual.
Our most popular item—Soft Cream (Japanese-style soft-serve ice cream)—will be available at both locations.
We hope you’ll enjoy visiting the farm animals (cows, rabbits, goats—though most hands-on activities will have ended by then), the pastures and mountain scenery, our services, products, meals, and the little moments of comfort and satisfaction we offer.
