12月に入れば週末頃、神津牧場ミートの広場*は「道の駅しもにた」にて、特別出店します。

場所は駐車場から建物に入る辺り、エントランス前を予定しています。

炭火で牛串、フランクなどご提供しますので、戸外です。

現時点で不確かなこともありますが**、おおよそ以下の通りご案内いたします。

◇日　時：12月6日（土）～の週末

「道の駅しもにた」開店時から始め、毎回、いずれの品も”限定販売”です。

◇場　所：「道の駅しもにた」入口付近（戸外）

◇メニュー：

①ジャージー牛肉串焼（肉の衝撃！）

②ジャージー牛肉フランクフルト（ニクニクシイ肉のカンカク！）

③ジャージー牛肉煮込み（「煮込みはないのか！？」とよく問われます。リピーター多し！）

④芋の子煮込み（やっぱり美味しい！下仁田産の素材利用）

◇料　金：当日、店頭で掲示します

特に、①と③について、今回は牛肉の部位等をできるだけ明示することで、通常とは異なる（かもしれない）料金の根拠を示したいと思います。

また上のご案内はフル・メニューです。

As we move into December, the Kozu Dairy Farm Meet-no-Hiroba (Meat Plaza) will be hosting a special weekend pop-up at Michi-no-Eki Shimonita.
We plan to set up near the entrance area, just as you come in from the parking lot.
(We’ll be grilling over charcoal—so the booth will be outdoors.)

Some details are still subject to change**, but here is the general outline:

◆ Schedule

From the weekend of Saturday, December 6
We’ll start when Michi-no-Eki Shimonita opens.
All items will be available in limited quantities each time.

◆ Location

Near the entrance of Michi-no-Eki Shimonita (outdoors)

◆ Menu

Jersey Beef Skewers (A punch of pure beef flavor!)
Jersey Beef Frankfurters (Meaty and satisfying!)
Jersey Beef Stew (“Do you have stew?”—our most frequently asked question. Lots of repeat fans!)
Taro & Vegetable Stew (A beloved local favorite made with ingredients from Shimonita)

◆ Prices

To be posted on-site on the day of sale.

For items 1. and 3., we plan to clearly indicate the beef cuts used. This may explain pricing that differs from our usual offerings.
