牧場では4月に入り、ぐっと暖かくなりました。雪もすっかり消え、適度な雨にも恵まれたためか、緑が一気に増えてきています。
まずフキノトウが芽を出しましたが、しばらく目を離したすきに、いつの間にか姿を消してしまいました。“美味しいものは足が早い”といいますからね。
その間にも、水仙は勢いよく茎や葉を伸ばし、花を咲かせて、いま見頃を迎えています。
サクラも、やわらかな蕾をふくらませています。
いよいよ4月18日(土)より、食堂、鉄板焼きコーナー、バターづくり体験等がオープンします。
新メニューもあります。

With the arrival of April, the weather at the farm has turned noticeably warmer. The snow has melted away, and perhaps thanks to some welcome rainfall, greenery has been spreading rapidly across the fields.
First, butterbur sprouts (fukinotō) made their appearance. However, when we looked again after a short while, they had already disappeared before we knew it—after all, good food never lasts long.
Meanwhile, the daffodils, which had been vigorously growing their stems and leaves, have come into bloom and are now at their peak.
The cherry blossoms are also beginning to swell with soft buds.
Finally, starting Saturday, April 18, our restaurant, teppanyaki corner, and butter-making experience will officially open for the season.
We will also be offering new menu items.
We warmly invite you to visit the farm this spring.
