このたび神津牧場は、神津ジャージーバターを全国チーズ鑑評会(6/6)に出品し、ARTISAN CHEESE AWARDS 日本チーズ製造文化顕彰を受賞しました。
日本のチーズ史において初めてとなる国際鑑評基準ICESに準拠の本格的な全国的チーズ鑑評会とのことです。
本アワードは、チーズ・バターの品質だけでなく、製造技術、地域性、継続的なものづくり、そして工房が育んできたチーズ・バターの製造文化の価値を顕彰するものです。
私たちはこれからも、土地の恵みと乳の個性、作り手としての責任を大切にしながら、皆さまに喜んでいただけるチーズ・バターづくりに努めてまいります。

Kozu Farm Receives the ARTISAN CHEESE AWARDS – Japanese Cheese-Making Culture Award
We are pleased to announce that Kozu Dairy Farm entered its Kozu Jersey Butter in the National Cheese Competition held on June 6 and was honored with the ARTISAN CHEESE AWARDS – Japanese Cheese-Making Culture Award.
The competition is recognized as the first full-scale nationwide cheese judging event in Japan’s history to be conducted under the International Cheese Evaluation Standards (ICES).
This award recognizes not only the quality of cheese and butter, but also the craftsmanship behind their production, their regional character, a sustained commitment to artisanal manufacturing, and the cultural heritage of cheese and butter making that has been cultivated by dairies and creameries throughout Japan
We will continue to cherish the gifts of our land, the unique character of our milk, and our responsibilities as producers, while striving to create cheeses and butters that bring enjoyment to all who taste them.
