Tsutsujian Co., Ltd. will open Kozu Dairy Farm, a specialty sweets shop showcasing the rich flavor of Jersey milk and cultured butter, on Thursday, August 6, 2026, on the second floor of E’site Takasaki, the shopping complex directly connected to JR Takasaki Station.
The shop will offer an original lineup of sweets made with fresh Jersey milk and cultured butter produced at Kozu Dairy Farm, Japan’s oldest existing Western-style dairy farm, established in 1887 in Shimonita, Gunma Prefecture. Crafted from the milk of Jersey cows raised on the historic farm, these sweets celebrate the authentic taste and heritage of one of Japan’s most iconic dairy farms.
